The first option that come to your mind when your loved ones need continuous medical care at home is to hire a foreign domestic helper. But you may be concerned that the helper lack medical care experiences and qualifications if you hire one from a helper employment agency, and that the employment agency may not be able to provide the appropriate support that you need through the service period.
Hence, Tenderheart Homecare is launched to provide you with services and tools to fulfil the needs of your loved ones.

Our consultants will provide you with a profession evaluation and matching of caregiver according to the personal needs of your elderly or patient. Our qualified caregiver will be briefed by our Tenderheart Angel team before she starts to work. This is to ensure she is well-aware of all the daily and medical needs of the elderly/patient.
Within a month after the caregiver starts work, our Tenderheart Angel will have a follow up visit to your home to ensure the both the caregiver and the elderly/patient are adjusting well.
Our profession employment services provide through comprehensive consultation services during the 2 years’ contract period.
Foreign Caregiver
from Indonesia, Philippines and Bangladesh- Holders of nursing license or caregiver certificate issued from their countries.(All candidates will undergo thorough evaluation, if her experiences cannot be verified, you will be informed and continued hiring of the candidate under your own discretion.
- Profession health evaluation of elderly/patient and provide one home visit before caregiver starts work

- Hong Kong Immigration visa fee
- One-way air ticket to Hong Kong
- Standard medical check with passed certificate
- Philippines compulsory insurance
- Upon arrival to Hong Kong / Pre-job Arrangement
- Pick up at Hong Kong airport
- Apply HKID card
- Standard medical checkup in Hong Kong
- Accommodation service before start work (if needed)
- Home Care Angel’s home visit after within 1st month of work
- Follow up service including common health care consultation, translation, consultation and document services.
- *Above fee does not include insurance; market reference of insurance premium is HKD1280 for 2 years
Foreign caregiver (in Hong Kong)
from Indonesia, Philippines and Bangladesh- They underwent the 4 months caregiver training course from our strategic partner – Sparkle Health and/or relevant training in Hong Kong and/or holders of nursing license or caregiver certificate issued from their countries.

- Matching and selection of foreign caregiver
- Consulate verification fee
- Hong Kong Immigration visa fee
- Standard medical checkup in Hong Kong
- Accommodation service before start work (if needed)
- Home Care Angel’s home visit after within 1st month of work
